Who We Are
The Anglican Church of the Holy Trinity is part of the newly-formed Anglican Province known as the Anglican Church in North America, which is connected with other provinces of the world-wide Anglican Church. Anglicanism is one of the many great traditions within God’s One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.
New Testament Scripture, which is God’s revelation of Himself to the Apostles, is the benchmark for our life and witness as the People of God. We are further rooted in the mighty acts of God as revealed in the Old Testament. This gives us a Faith that can stand against “the world, the flesh and the devil,” and resist the innovations of modernism that do not reflect the Faith once delivered by God in Christ.
We Anglicans rejoice in our rich heritage as Christians and follow closely the great liturgical and sacramental traditions of the Church.
We are on a pilgrimage together into an ever-deepening relationship with our heavenly Father, a pilgrimage made possible because of what God has done for us in Christ Jesus. We walk this journey day-by-day in the personal power and presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Our “Trinitarian” relationship with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is central to our identity as Anglican Christians.
Here at Holy Trinity, we seek a balanced, healthy and growing spirituality. We honor God in our worship, seek to know God through our study, and serve God through our apostolic action. None of these are options for a healthy and growing disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ.
